 The internship program at our New York City headquarters offers a look inside the innermost workings of our member-based, international non-profit organization. Every day, our rapid expansion demands constant contact, support and outreach on the ground in dozens of countries to sustain SWA's important work towards global democracy. As part of the Managing Team, interns are expected to take initiative with aspects of grant writing, event planning and campaign strategies. As we are a student-run and student-generated organization, your ideas, unique experiences and skills will be sought by our staff to make SWA more effective. The Internships are either semester long or summer internships and are divided into the three areas below.
